1.  Submit...just fill out a form and I recieve mail telling me you submitted to my webring

2.  Add HTML to your page...try to do this as quickly as possible so i can add you quickly

3.  I put your site in the ring after checking your page...easy

4.  You send me complaints, comments, etc about my page and/or my webring and tell all your friends about it so they join to!
